The Zoo

We enjoyed a fun day at the zoo with friends a couple weeks ago.  So loving the spring-like weather we've had this winter!

Big girl riding the train with Jack and his Mimi.  Katie and I stayed back with Will & Lucy.  I asked Lauren if she got scared when the train went through the tunnel and she said "yes but Jack held onto me really tight!"

We actually did see animals at the zoo but apparently just didn't take pictures of that!  Lauren cracked me up when we got to the zoo first, she said "Mommy it does not smell good here".  She is her Mommy's girl when it comes to animals.  She was not so sure about all the animals until she got comfortable that she wasn't going to have to touch any of them!  And when it got to be carousel and playground time she was in her element!

July 2009, almost 3 years ago...then she was super scared to ride the carousel even with me holding her!
