Christmas!

This was our first Christmas that we stayed home and it was so great!  Definitely nonstop busy, but I think that is just part of the territory!  We were so thankful for all our family coming to us to celebrate and so appreciated not spending Christmas in the car with 2 kids and a dog!  We have always done Christmas Eve church in Monroe and we were sad to not continue this tradition but we kept alive some of our other Christmas Eve traditions with Scott's parents at our house.
The obligitory playing with the boxes picture!  I think Lauren heard us talking and laughing about her playing with the boxes last year and wanted to do it again to make everyone laugh.

Helping Will open presents from Gigi & Pops on Christmas Eve

Happy boy!

Drumming on the box!

Lauren checking out what Santa brought!

Taking her babies for a walk in their new stroller.  Santa also brought a great storage rack/box for all her dress up clothes, hence wearing the Cinderella dress!

Christmas breakfast!  Quiche Lorraine, monkey bread and fruit...so yummy (oh and of course some Cheerios for Will!)

Hot chocolate for breakfast...it's Christmas!!

And this was the point in the day I put the camera down and just enjoyed spending time with everyone!  Susan and Matt came over for lunch and we enjoyed hanging out for the afternoon, and then Luke & Eilis and Terry came for dinner.  Oh I did snap a picture of our fabulous Christmas dinner (mostly cooked by Scott on the Egg!) - stuffed pork chops with poblano cream sauce, stuffed peppers and cole slaw - it was all SOOO GOOD!!!
