Yesterday after Lauren's quiet play time -
Me- What did you and Baby do during quiet play time today?
Lauren - Well, we tried to get out the door to go to Target, but we were late!
Wonder where she's heard that one before!
Lauren - My back really hurts
Me - Really, why?
Lauren - Because I have a BIG belly with my baby in it!
Yesterday I asked Lauren to remember to do something (can't remember what...ironic...keep reading!) Her response - "I might forget because I'm a mommy and I forget things a lot"
Oh and moving from silly to sweet, our first night on vacation Will started crying in the night (we were all in one room) and Lauren woke up saying "Oh Will, it's ok, it's ok, God and Jesus are with you Will!" As much as she keeps us on our toes, it is so nice to get a little glimpse that some of the important things are sinking in!

Love that last one...and, I've been there on the others. I am SO forgetful these days!!!! I think I officially lost my mind after Jack.
