We finally were able to get together with the Carrollton crew to celebrate Christmas last weekend. That pesky stomach bug that Lauren had over Christmas was just not worth passing on to anyone else! We had a relaxing Sunday lunch - Greek spinach pie and rainbow trout on the grill...yummy!
