We have had such a fun Halloween weekend! This is the first year Lauren has really gotten into the fun Halloween traditions that we remember from growing up and it has just been so fun to see her so excited about carving pumpkins, dressing up, and of course getting TREATS!!!
She shocked us by loving cleaning out the pumpkin!

Our old neighborhood was celebrating Halloween on Saturday, and our new one celebrated tonight, and who are we to pass up 2 nights of trick or treating! Unfortunately Scott couldn't join us on Saturday because he was still contagious with strepp throat :-( We really missed him but were so glad he was feeling much better today and was able to join in the fun. |

Quotes from the weekend:
-"I just need to sit here and eat some chocolate!" - right in the middle of the road after going to just a couple houses trick or treating!
-"Thank you Father, Thank you Father, For our PUMPKIN, For our PUMPKIN, and our many blessings, Amen, Amen" - singing the blessing before breakfast this morning...so sweet!
-and we heard this one just a couple times - "I NEED candy!!!"
